Electronic Bill Payment Support
A dedicated support staff may be reached by calling 888-985-7280.
The support staff is available from 8 am ET until 8 pm ET (6 am
MT until 6 pm MT), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve
holidays. If you prefer you may send support requests via email
to billpay@mycuservices.com. Emails sent to this address will be
opened and answered during regular support hours.
After Hours Support
MY CU actively and extensively monitors its EBP systems to assure
they are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. However, should
you discover the system is unavailable and have not heard from us
regarding an outage, we have provided you with two options for notifying
us. You may send an email to iwbsupport@mycuservices.com or you
may also call 888-985-7280 and enter extension 3997. When calling
the toll free number after business hours, you will hear a closed
message from the automated attendant. Please ignore this message
and enter the support extension. You will be transferred to the
support voice mailbox. These options are available 24 hours per
day, 7 days per week including all holidays.
